Personal Qualities: - Active and agile - Responsive. - Ability to learn and improve - Crisis management Main Tasks & Responsibilities: - Provide assistance in daily data posting activity. - Monitor tax payer’s registration. - Ensure data validation. - Ensure refund processing and monitoring - Ensure audit processing and monitoring - Ensure data reconciliation. - Ensure return processing. - Ensure mechanism of efficient MIS reporting as per requirement of line managers. - Provide necessary guidance to the staff in report writing. - Ensure proper upkeep of existing networks and hardware. - Any other responsibility assigned by the competent authority. Expected performance standard: - On time posting of error free, non redundant revenue data in database server. - Minimum delay in refund processing. - Effective audit monitoring systems and feedback reporting - No discrepancies in bank’s revenue figure and collectorate revenue data. - Updated, standardized reports conveying easily comprehendible information to the end-users. - Revenue data in strict accordance with the database format. - Network system and hardware to remain in the workable condition.
