Who We’re Looking For:

🎥 2+ years editing videos (ideally in beauty or skincare)
🗣️ Fluent English speaker with great communication skills
📊 Knows how to grab attention (hooks, hold rates, conversions)
🧠 Creative, self-driven, and able to work with minimal direction
💡 Has hands-on experience with AI tools and fast-paced editing
🧑‍💻 Uses their editing software and is always on top of new trends
⏱️ Can manage multiple projects and tight deadlines efficiently

What You’ll Do:

• Edit high-performing video ads tailored for social platforms

• Collaborate with media buyers and designers to align with promo plans

• Use AI tools smartly to enhance visuals and streamline edits

• Keep content consistent with Qure’s brand voice and aesthetic

• Deliver mash-ups in under 1.5 hours and scripted edits under 1 hour
