Customer Success Specialist – Email/Chat Program Full Time
Job Overview
We are searching for some amazing individuals who, with their wit and customer-focused approach, can assist us in changing the CX landscape. As part of this position, you will be expected to respond positively and in writing to a wide variety of customer enquiries. You must be an intelligent keyboard whiz for this position; you must be able to think of solutions quickly to provide exceptional customer service.
Job Description
- Help clients with the products they bought on the online store.
- Maintain our client’s core values while providing a unique customer experience as determined by performance goals.
- Continue to respond to clients promptly via chat or email.
- Maintain a level of service by responding to consumers in a cordial, timely, and attentive manner.
- Record each customer’s question and the response that is provided.
- Offer substitutes for goods or items that aren’t offered on the online store and adhere to established protocols and guidelines when offering solutions.
- Keep abreast of the most recent system information and procedure modifications.
- Capable of managing customer pushbacks and objections
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication at the O Levels or above
- At least 40 WPM is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
