We need a Creative Manager who knows social media inside and out. You’ll run our creative team and ensure we produce effective content. This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be hands-on with campaigns while managing people and projects.
– Plan and execute creative campaigns across all social platforms
– Turn client briefs into content that gets results
– Work directly on our biggest accounts when needed
– Review all creative work before it goes live
– Manage junior creatives, designers, and content creators
– Give feedback and help team members grow
– Make sure projects finish on time and on budget
– Handle multiple campaigns at once
– Present creative concepts to clients
– Attend client meetings and pitches
– Understand what clients want and deliver it
– Build long-term relationships with key accounts
– Stay current with trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
– Create content strategies for different platforms
– Test new formats and approaches
– Track what works and what doesn’t
– 3-4 years in creative roles (agency experience preferred)
– Portfolio showing successful social media campaigns
– Experience managing creative teams
– Track record of meeting deadlines and budgets
– Strong understanding of design principles
– Knowledge of video production and editing
– Excellent written and verbal communication
– Project management abilities
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field
