We’re hiring an Assistant Manager – Marketing to join our fast-paced marketing department. In this leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to strengthen our brand presence, lead high-impact campaigns, and manage a dynamic marketing team. Develop and implement effective branding strategies aligned with Savvital’s vision and market goals.
Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels—digital, print, and internal communications.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, overseeing campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance KPIs.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams (HR, operations, recruitment) to drive unified marketing initiatives.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, creative assets, and voice consistency across platforms.
Coordinate digital campaigns, content calendars, and social media storytelling that reflects our brand personality.
Monitor campaign results using marketing analytics tools and optimize performance based on data insights.
Stay informed about branding trends, competitor strategies, and new tools to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, content development, or digital campaign management.
Proven ability to lead creative initiatives and manage small to mid-sized marketing teams.
Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and analytics dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A strong understanding of brand aesthetics, storytelling principles, and visual identity.
Organizational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
