What We’re Looking For

We don’t expect perfection — but we do expect passion and skills. Ideally, you should:

• Be fluent in Python, and comfortable with R, Java, or C++ too.

• Understand the nuts and bolts of machine learning and deep learning.

• Know your way around cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Be confident in explaining statistics, probability, and algebra without putting people to sleep.

• Have some practical exposure to big data tools like Hadoop or Spark.

• Most importantly: have the patience and communication skills to simplify tough concepts.

A degree in Computer Science or Data Science helps, but what we really want to see is proof you can teach and inspire.
